Government Affairs Committee
The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) addresses issues that impact the business community and business climate, such as urban planning, transportation, development, zoning, taxes, regulatory and operation concerns. This active and influential group provides a strong voice directed to all levels of government on behalf of businesses and monitors legislation, taxation and regulatory issues to keep members informed.
GAC makes recommendations on legislative and policy issues to the Chamber Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the only entity that takes positions on behalf of Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce regarding projects, programs, issues and legislation.
