Explore Philippines is an educational trip designed for Filipinos who plan to retire, buy a second home or set up a business in the Philippines as part of their retirement plan. It is a project of DCTF-FAREP.org, a part of the non profit national organization, Dream Come True Foundation Here are a few of what they will learn:

1. Learn the best places to retire in the Philippines. The Department of Tourism will present different real estate projects ideal for retirees to settle. Including the buying and financing process and options.
2. The Philippine Retirement Authority will discuss the new SRRV Visa for both returning Filipinos and foreign nationals and how they can apply and take advantage of various senior benefits offered by the government agencies and businesses.
3. The Department of Trade and Investment will discuss the different Trade Zones, incentives for setting up new businesses including tax holidays and franchising opportunities that easily generate cash flow. BPO, Medical Tourism and High Tech manufacturing are growing.
4. This trip will take you to 6 different projects of top reliable multi award winning developers that offer different living lifestyles.  From the condo with property management option (should you elect to rent it part of the time), to living in a self-sustaining village of gated communities that promotes privacy and security yet offers a self-sustaining friendly community.
